The video of Chris Anderson talks about how the rise of web video could be as big as the invention of print.  He uses light, dance, and desire to demonstrate how fast web videos can spread.  He uses street dancing as an example.  He talks about how people used to dance in the street and only the street corner could see it, but now with web video, it is viewable to the whole world and the trends of dance can be picked up by pop culture much faster than before web video.  He talks about the light being a very good thing and good videos being viewable to audiences much larger than stadiums.  The desire is a result of other people interested in videos seeing them and transcending their area of interest much faster.  He talks about how the internet has accelerated innovation greatly.  He also uses a unicycler as an example.  He talks about how a kid is able to post his video and other unicyclers see his video and post their own.  Then others are able to post their own videos and unicycling is transcended and grows in popularity as a result.  He brings up an example of what Guttenburg did for writing with the printing press, web video can do for face to face communication.  He finishes the video talking about how people can learn from each others ideas much faster using web video.

The article Meaningful Digital Video for Every Classroom discusses how to make the use of technology beneficial to classroom settings.  It discusses how classrooms today are much more technology ready than the old camcorder classrooms.  Today it is much easier to create and edit videos. Students can learn at a younger age to create videos and thus, their video making skills are better when they are in high school and college.  It talks about using kits to do this and how there are levels of video and how each level should have a kit.  It ends talking about how not every school has the money to acquire these kits but the use of technology is getting easier to access all the time and can be very beneficial to students.
